Trip to the Capital

Well, eventually we are on the way to Helsinki (Helsingfors). And before going there, we were in sauna of our building, and as always i had all my jacket and the other things in sauna .. :D It's never enough hot for me, in there..

Well, of course i'm joking.. Because, my record in the sauna is not more than 5 minutes.. It's hella hot in there !

Finnish Police & Turkish Drivers

Hehe, when we were on our way to Helsinki. We had this little problem with police :D Our speed wasn't more than 140 kms/h... so i couldn't understand why they stopped us .. It helped us to learn that the speed limit on that way to Helsinki is 80 kms/h.. So Kivanc wasn't very happy to pay the fine that day ..

This is Helsinki, and you can see the Stockmann behind me. It's the most famous shopping center in Finland. And they say, if you can't find something in Stockmann, then you can't find it in Finland !Baltic Sea is lying in front you, and waiting for you to swim.. It seems really hot huh ? Actually, the whoooole sea is frozen ! It was such an amazing moment for us to see a frozen sea..

Today, Kivanc Abi (our friend from Dennis Kebab) took us to somewhere to slide by sledge and some-kind of inflatable plastic boat which you can take on.. Allright, i want to show you our sliding equipment. The picture on the left is taken just before i slided from the top of a hill (not a real high hill, but enough to make some speed). And the one on the right is also taken by me, before i slided from the same hill with that sledge. But i can assure you that, the one on the left is far faster than the one on the right.. And i don't recommend you to speed up so much :D Then you can injure yourself..












Hopefully it wasn't so cold outside, so we were there nearly for 2 hours, and i think it was really enough fun, instead of the moments that we crashed on the snow.. You know, the temperature was like -2 degrees, and for Finnish people, it's like summer time :D even it's still winter for us..

Cooking Lesson : How to make great salads

Allright, it was an ordinary day, until i and Mahmut decided to eat something "real".. I mean something, that is hot, has some taste and enjoyful to eat. Because, until that day, all things that we have been eating were like, pizzas, hamburgers, cookies etc.. etc..

But that day was different, we wanted to make something special for us...

Well the things that you see in the tray are chicken and in the middle of the chicken there comes our great sauce with cheddar, tomato sauce and some spices.. Wow ! That was really delicious.. And then the salad which i prepared and designed :D It was like designing a website, taking care of the colors, the placement of the objects.. he he allright, no more details, it must be a secret which i should keep for myself.

PS: The saltcellar is my own desing and i made it from a " Kinder " chocolate box.. I opened a hole on the top of the box and wrote Salt and Tuz (in Turkish) on it :D I made two of them and gave one of them to our neighbours (Ercan - Alper ) as a present. Well, that day we had fun and we were full for the very first time :D

Allright, it has been nearly 3 weeks we are here, and i dont remember how many parties we had :D But well, as long as we go to school when we have to, it's no problem, huh ? What's bad about having party with friends..

As you can see in this picture, we are really happy ! But unfortunately, all of us are cross-eyed.. That's something we can't change.. Life is full of bad things :P This is one of them..

This is me on the left, just giving an ordinary pose :D Here is Bar 54 in Forssa, it's the best place you can visit in Forssa. So you will understand how big Forssa is.. Because if you don't see someone in Bar54, then probably he doesn't live in Forssa.

All in all, it was a one funny day, and it ended.. How many are there on the queue ? We will see. Moi moi for now, from Forssa..

Turkish Party

We have some good Turkish friends, here in Forssa. They are the owners of Dennis Kebab, if one day you come to Forssa, you should come and eat in Dennis Kebab, which has the best kebab around. Mali is one of the owners of Dennis Kebab, and we had party in his house..

Mali prepared us some great food, and great salads.. He is a real master, when it comes to prepare the meal and the table..

After the dinner, all of us were listening to Turkish music, and dancing.. As you know, we the Turkish people like to dance very much.. But Ercan was doing more than a dance :D He is very talented in oriental dancing, as you can see in the picture. After dancing, we got tired and watched the movie " Colleteral ", in which Tom Cruise is playing. The home theatre system which Mali has in his home was a real good one, that you will find the picture of it below..

Turkish Movie Party..

Everything started, when i downloaded the movie " Transporter 2". Then we decided to watch it at my room, then the preparations started. Our technical specifications :

1- Asus A3E Laptop
2- Nokia 17 inch monitor
3- 4 chairs to put your feet
4- A bed to sit
5- Some popcorn
6- 4 crazy Turkish guys..

Ps: We mustn't forget our great "Salmiakki", which we thought as it was a chewing gum, not the most disgusting thing in the world..

Professional Ice Hockey Player

I didnt know that i was this talented about ice hockey, but i gotta mention that i was born as a professional ice hockey player... Only with a little, little difference, that i have only my great shoessssssss to slide on the ice :D

as you can see on the left, if you want to play ice hockey really well, then you have to wear this type of shoes.. This is something i found on my own, that has been my secret for hundreds of years,, even my grand grand grandfathers' secret.. but now i 'm telling it to whole Finland... WEAR ORDINARY SHOES, WHEN YOU PLAY ICE HOCKEY...
